“中华人民共和国”即将“诞生”六十二周年，但是，这个邪恶的苏联所培植起来的傀儡政权，却是一个罪恶多端、天怒人怨的伪政权。伪“中华人民共和国”这个和苏联同样邪恶的政权，奉行马列毛邓的独裁专政思想，颠覆祖国、毒害人民，是全体中国人民不共戴天的敌人。

第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府将用各种方法、不排斥一切手段，团结、鼓舞、支持、引导全国各族人民，彻底摧毁伪“中华人民共和国”的奴役枷锁，把伪“中华人民共和国”的领导集团这群数典忘祖的民族败类，从中国大地上扫除干净！

伪“中华人民共和国”的领导集团，种族上虽是汉人的后代，文化意识却是十足的苏奴！在第三中国光辉照耀下，马克思主义的痉挛、中华人民共和国的历史大拍卖，将被一一犁庭扫穴！

在现代中国的无限荒凉里，将辟出第三中国的路。狰狞的气氛、重重的险象，不能阻挡他勃然的生机、结构的辉煌。新的“解放者”这次不是来自偏远的山区，而是来自最庄严的庙堂！不是来自俄化的歹徒所盘踞的大漠，而是来喧嚣的海岸。他祈祷，他呼唤，他命令，恢复了文化自信的中国！是的。即便不是为了文化的理由，仅仅为了行政的效率，为了重建中国的经济，也要彻底驱逐共产主义！古代的佛教，曾在中国最虚弱的时候浸入，但当中国一旦调整过来，立即开始了“辟佛”的斗争，直到把佛教消解为禅宗，消化于道学，成了宋明理学的养料。但决不是拿外来的东西作为宗主！佛教是只能作为玩物而不能作为治国方略的。共产主义也是这样，它只是超现实的梦想和呓语罢了。

现代的共产主义，是在中国比汉末和第一南北朝更为衰落的时候入侵的，现代的共产主义比古代的佛教更严重地破坏了中国的生活，瓦解了中国的国际地位和民族自豪感。对中国来说，“共产主义”的名目永远是和国耻、内乱、亡国危机、奉红毛大鼻子为宗主的黑暗时代，联为一体的！

中国人，我们要不驱除共产主义，要不砸烂它的洋奴招牌，我们哪一天才能像人一样站立起来？不要说共产主义曾经推进了近代中国社会重新组织的过程，这不过是“歪打正着”罢了。共产主义的本意，是欧洲中心论的，是服务于俄国殖民主义的世界扩张谋图的。共产主义的本来目的，是要涣散中国，并把一个涣散了的中国，奉献给马列主义的祭坛。用共产主义来“救中国”不啻南辕北辙、饮鸩止渴。而说到底，这又是共产党卖国集团的一种虚伪的宣传伎俩：共产主义者，一到关键时刻就出卖国家的利益，美其名曰“支持世界革命”，他们无孔不入地鼓噪阶级斗争，发动内战、屠杀忠良，不惜用民族的脊梁，做成共产主义地狱的支点。我们岂能容忍，如此邪恶的魔道？我们岂能听凭，外来的偶像任意猖狂？

为了中国，必须粉碎“共产主义世界观”这面魔镜。

为了中国，必须驱逐“马列毛邓”这个胡汉杂交的病毒体系。

“为了中国的健康，必须彻底消毒：共产主义的梅毒必须铲除。”中国历史的回归运动如是说。

一场不可遏止的回归，一次千载难逢的盛会，它超越了定理、规矩和一切御用文豪们的喋喋不休。“不可忍受的代价”，在百折不挠的民族生命面前是灰色的，没有意义的。必要的时刻，玉石俱焚将是生命的选择。

在一望无际的劫灰里，重新冒出了一枝新芽……它无国色天香，但却富于生长的意志，劫灰是它的沃壤，毁灭是它的欢喜。出乎意料之外，入乎情理之中。

当中国民族恢复了古来的自信，复古主义的浪潮就会席卷中国、冲击世界，这时，不再有人能置身事外。中国民族将以最大的快感，陶醉在它的旋涡里。远古的音响，将变得神奇，彻人肺腑。

他并不崇拜嬴政登临泰山、祭天刻石。尽管，统治民族的心灵震撼、万国文明的高度凝练，都在这镜头的刹那聚光里，透现了出来。

他并不崇拜刘彻收览《天人三策》的宇宙主义。尽管，宇宙的浑融使人沉静、天人的意境令人欢乐。长毛的帝王思想早已腐朽，秦皇汉武、唐宗宋祖、成吉思汗、明清帝王的恐龙排比，使他厌恶！

他仅仅响往姬发进军朝歌、制造殷墟的时刻。那是未来文明的序曲，也是过去文明的终曲。

他仅仅响往夏、商、周三代自强不息的民族国家。

新的中国只是多元世界之一。他们反对民族分裂、国家的解体，但是，他们同样赞成把中国“还原成一个民族国家”。老的中国因此死去；新的中国由此诞生。五十六个民族团结如一的日子，是将是第三中国的开始。

The third Chinese Constitution Convention, Chinese Citizens Government will make use of any way and means to unite, inspire, support and lead people of all ethnic groups in our country, then destroy the slavery chains of fake “People’s Republic of China” totally and expel dregs of the nation forgetting their origin, who are the leading group of fake “People’s Republic of China”, out of China.
