防止中国沦为秘密警察匪巢令（第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府三十号公告）
2011年8月30日，伪“全国人大常委会”公布非法的“刑事诉讼法修正案草案”全文，向社会征求意见，截止时间为9月30日。其中部分条款引发质疑，如“涉嫌危害国家安全犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪的人员，被拘留逮捕后，若出现无法通知家人，或通知有碍侦查的情况，对其拘留逮捕时间可超过24小时。”这完全是一派胡言，必须立即停止。
如果这些胡言乱语得以实行，这意味着，“无法通知”，或者“涉嫌危害国家安全犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪”，以及“通知可能有碍侦查”的几种情形，也可以成为对当事人实施监视居住、刑事拘留、逮捕等强制措施后，不在24小时内通知家属的理由。
这些规定引起人们的广泛担心和质疑，中国即将沦为秘密警察的匪巢。
首先，“无法通知”“通知可能有碍侦查”等情形，完全可能成为适用于一切案件的“口袋”理由，导致侦查机关可以随心所欲决定是否通知家属，“秘密拘捕”泛滥成灾。
其次，对当事人采取强制措施而不通知家属，不利于当事人合法权益的保障，不符合人权保障的法治原则。
如此恶法获得通过，受害的不只是百姓，也是中共集团相互斗争的必杀工具。实际上制定的人，最后也会死在这恶法之上！
这是中国共产党、伪中华人民共和国最后的疯狂。历史上最疯狂最黑暗的时代也不过如此。这表明：中国共产党、伪中华人民共和国即将灭亡。

“反人道罪”也就是“反人类罪”。按照国际法，这是在战前或战时，对平民施行谋杀、灭绝、奴役、放逐及其他任何非人道行为；或基于政治的、种族的或宗教的理由，而为执行或有关本法庭管辖权内之任何犯罪而作出的迫害行为，至于其是否违反犯罪的法律则在所不问。这是一种能让整个国际社会都密切关注的重大国际性犯罪。

谴责共军屠杀人民令（第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府二十八号公告）
1989年6月3日晚至4日凌晨，中国人民解放军装甲车队以机枪坦克屠杀民众，北京城内血腥满地。装甲车冲进天安门广场，市民被装甲车撞得肝脑涂地，曝尸街头。“解放军”的屠刀和枪弹造成大量民众死亡。“解放军”在六四屠杀中，生动诠释了他们一贯镇压人民的恶劣本质：
1989年6月4日凌晨四时，士兵自人民大会堂冲出，枪口指向人民英雄纪念碑下的学生，一边开火一边推进。
1989年6月4日血腥的晨曦下，大批装甲车在广场列阵，与民众对峙，并不断开枪扫射。

第三中国民主贡献奖授予名单（第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府二十七公告）
2011年上半年北非的茉莉花颜色革命风起云涌，中国大陆人民也跃跃欲试，奋起抗暴。为了恐吓维权人士和异见人士，不少知名人士相继被胡锦涛集团的国保警察绑架，甚至被扒光衣服赤身殴打，其状令人发指。
国保警察对知识分子大打出手，施以酷刑，开创了中共近二三十年不对知识分子绑架暗杀凌辱的先例，给政治安定和社会和谐制造了新的不稳定因素，在国内外造成极为恶劣的政治影响。
国保警察针对知识分子采取三部曲：第一步，先扒光衣服，甚至连内裤也不准剩下，再施以拳打脚踢；第二步，强制教育洗脑，反复观看中共党史的“光辉历程”和“伟大成就”，甚至被强迫歌唱“没有共产党就没有新中国”、“党啊，亲爱的妈妈”等颂歌；第三步，强迫被绑架的知识分子写保证书或承诺书，保证不再参与反对共产党的活动和撰写相关的文章。
据不完全统计，被绑架和被凌辱殴打的人士有十余人，他们是：
1、 艾未未，知名艺术家；
2、 范亚峰，中国社会科学院法学所前研究员；
3、 余杰，中国知名青年作家；
4、 唐吉田，北京执业律师；
5、 江天勇，北京执业律师；
6、 滕彪，中国政法大学教师，执业律师；

8、 刘晓原，北京执业律师；
9、 古川，知名媒体人；
10、 张永攀，维权人士；
11、 何杨，独立制片人；
12、 刘沙沙，维权人士；
13、 刘德军，维权人士；
14、 王荔蕻，维权人士；
15、 黎雄兵，北京执业律师。
以上被绑架人士中，唐吉田、江天勇、余杰等被殴打得最为严重。唐吉田被赤身裸体反铐在椅子上，用空调吹了一个晚上，导致感冒烧成肺炎，其腰部受损严重，至今仍行动不便；江天勇被至少三次殴打，脸部淤青红肿，嘴里满是血泡；余杰被殴打近三个小时，直至昏迷，后被送往专供中共高干治病的北京医院抢救，才得以脱离生命危险。
鉴于上述人士用自己的生命对中国民主进程所做的贡献，第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府经过全体会议讨论，一致同意，授予他们“第三中国民主贡献奖”，特此公告。

讨中国共产党檄（第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府二十六号公告）
我们掌握充分的证据，起诉中国共产党这个犯有严重叛国罪的特大犯罪集团──并在民族法庭上审判这群丧尽天良的家伙有罪：

We sue CCP, the criminal of serious treason with solid evidence and put these evil criminals on trial at national court.
Traitors in Chinese history commit betraying the national political sovereignty. CCP has also done at least the same, if not worse. During the early 20s, CCP copied “Red Separatism” of the “Chinese Soviet Republic” in Jiangxi – hoping to turn China into Soviet’s Republic; therefore, cheating CCP committed the crime of separating China. This is very notorious.
“Red Separatism” is proved with Mao, Zedong’s confession and supported by Hu, Jintao at the 70th commemoration of “Chinese Soviet Republic”! The establishment of the regime responds with Mukden Incident planned by the Japanese, earlier than the founding of Manchukuo! This is the typical case of traitors.
During the 40s, CCP cooperated with the Soviet’s Appeasement policy against Japan, passively fought with Japan and aggressively participated in civil war. During the 50s, CCP officially made China Soviet’s satellite country and carried the title of “People’s Republic” which specifically belonged to a Soviet’s satellite country. This massive-scale crime of separating the nation separated Chinese on two sides of the Taiwan Channel. People and the nation suffered a great deal.
In addition, CCP committed crimes no other traitors dare to do:
1, they defamed Chinese civilization and worship Marxism;

六四大屠杀二十二周年纪念文告（第三中国制宪会议、中国公民政府二十五号公告）
